Can A Experienced Sub Teach An Inexperienced Dom?

Can a newbie Dominant be 'taken under the wing' of a more experienced submissive and mentored without reversing the D/s dynamic?

If so, what are some things that could help reinforce the D/s roles while allowing the submissive to teach the Dominant?

It'd be great to hear your thoughts on this...

Love,

  1. Yes I think so. Someone who's experienced will know what's going on, or the general idea of what they want in a D/s relationship and explain the ins and outs to the new Dom. It doesn't have to mean a reversal of roles

  2. I don't think the 'teaching' element should take place during play. They should discuss, come to an agreement and then play a scene then see how well it went

  3. I would agree. However I think the sub would have to be quiet patient and understanding. I have seen it work before but it took excellent communication.

  4. The best Dom/mes i have know have learned what it is they do to their subs... if you can't understand and know how it feels, you really can't get into their head and you probly wont understand how to help if there is subdrop

  5. Another aspect is that a sub can teach a Dom/me by using someone else as the targeted sub...
